The Graham Owners meet in Carson City was fantastic. After signing in on Sunday it was fun to meet all the people that we haven't seen in a year. Monday we drove to Genoa and toured the city and a museum along with the oldest "Thirst Parlor" in the state of Nevada. We returned to Carson City and toured the Railroad museum. Tuesday we were off to Bodie, a ghost town, well sort of, having 5 people still living there. Bodie had a history of gold mining and a rough tough life. Wednesday we went to Reno and the National Automobile Museum. We spent most of the day there returning to the motel to freshen up for the dinner dance cruise on Lake Tahoe. Thursday we toured the Nevada State Museum and then it was onto Virginia City. With plenty of things to do, including visiting a bar or two, we spent the day there visiting different events. Friday we traveled to the Donner Memorial State Park, Squaw Valley Olympic Village, and Tallac Historic Site lake Tahoe. We then finished the the complete drive around Lake Tahoe and then drove back to Carson City. Saturday was the car show with everyone up early and cleaning their cars and people taking plenty of pictures. Saturday night was the banquet with entertainment provided during and after the dinner. The awards were then handed out and all too soon it was over. Sunday and it was time to leave the beautiful country scenery and travel home.
